Getting to Print

Print-ready art files get you to print fastest — we'll assess yours free. Not there yet? We provide whatever's needed to get you there, and walk you through it. Email them to us to start.

Proofing

We proof every file with you before we print your order — shared with you as photos and video by text or email, whichever you prefer — so you sign off on exactly what prints, no surprises.

Do you price match?

Do I need to bring artwork?

No. We're a design house — bring a finished file or just an idea, and we'll design it, dial in the materials, and print it in-house.

Will you help me find the best options for my art?

Yes — we don't just run your file. Send whatever you've got and, if you want, we add the finishing that makes it land, plus the right material call. Curated per project, quoted with your order.

Can I get a custom shape?

Yes — Custom Dielines. We build a bespoke cut path to any outline you want, not just a square or circle. Quoted per project.

What are pre-press / set-up charges?

Pre-press makes your art print-ready — resolution, color, cut paths, bleeds, proofing. Real hands-on work, so shops charge for it. Send print-ready files and there's often little or none; if not, we quote it up front.
